Ingredients
1. Carrot (grated): 1/4 kg
2. Honey or raw organic sugar: 50 gms
3. Ghee: 3 tablespoons
4. Milk: (formula or cows) - 5 table spoons
Method:
- In a small kadai, add ghee. When it gets warm, add the grated carrot.
- Fry for a while and add honey or organic sugar.
- When all the sugar melts and combines well, add Milk.
Can substitute beetroot for carrot.
