2. Medium Tomato: 4

3. Fry in one spoon oil to gold colour: Grind: garlic 5, small spoon pepper, sukku thool: 1/4 spoon,
coriander seeds: 1 table spoon, dry chillies: 4,
sombu: 1 tea spoon, turmeric powder - 1/2 small spoon
4. small lemon size - tamarind (thick juice 1.5 spoons)
5. coconut milk: 4 spoons (little thick)
6. Fresh Aloe Vera

Thalikka :
gingelly oil: 4 spoons, mustard and sombu, 3 green chillies, curry leaves, onion fry till gold, thakkali fry nicely,
aloe vera add to it and fry. Then add ground masala and salt. Then when it boils for 5 minutes, add the tamarind juice and let
it oil in low flame. Add the thick coconut milk and just boil for 2 minutes.
