Meehoon noodles (Singapore special)


meehoon - boil in water just enough (not for a long time)

1 onion - finely chopped
1 tomato - finely chopped
3 garlic - finely chopped
1 red chilly (ripe) - chop into 3 pieces
chilly powder: 1/2 spoon

vegetables: Baby corn, mushroom, Xio Bak Chye, Tofu, capsicum, carrot, beans, egg
(can omit egg if you don't want)


Fry onion, chillies and garlic in oil, then add tomato and fry. Later add chilly powder and fry, add
vegetables and add little salt, close for 10 minutes. Fry egg separately, tofu separately. add mehoon and
stir nicely. In the end add egg and tofu and cook for 2 minutes
