Cauliflower Chops Ingredients Onion - 1 Large (sliced) Ginger garlic onion paste - 4 tablespoons Chilly powder - 1 tbsp Sambar powder - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp Tomato paste - 2 medium tomatoes Jeera/saunf for tampering Coconut - 3 tbsp Cashew - 6 medium size cauliflower.   Heat oil, add jeera, sombu and onions... Fry for 2 minutes, ginger garlic onion paste, chilly powder, sambar powder, garam masala, tomato paste...It should be thick. Fry it till raw smell goes. Add ground coconut + cashew in the end with 1/2 cup of water and salt. It should never be too liquid... add cauliflower florets. Do this in pressure cooker. Switch it off in 1 whistle. If you like to fry Cinnamon, elachi, cloves (whole spices), you can do so while tampering.
