Ginger - Urad dal chutney

Method:

Add one tablespoon oil to kadai, fry

- 3 spoons of urad dal,
- tamarind (small bit)
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 2 dry red chillies
- ginger 1 inch piece
- coconut 3 tbsp

Grind in a mixie with salt and temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves.

Serve with hot dosa or idli.

Tasty chutney is yours to enjoy with piping hot dosai and idly. I had mine with onion dosai and it tasted great!
