Mint Pulao

Step 1: Cook Basmati rice (pre-soak for 30 minutes) using 1:1 ratio of rice to water. 1 cup rice to 1 cup water for 1 whistle

step 2, let it cool, mix little bit of coconut oil or sesame oil to give some moisture to the rice.

Step 3. Fry the following in 1 table spoon of oil

- cinnamon 1/2 inch, cloves 2, bayleaf 1
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 green chilly
- 1 inch ginger
- 5 pods garlic
- 1 inch coconut

Final step: Mix rice to the ground masala and add fried onions, salt and cashew nuts on top before serving. Tasty, healthy mint pulao is ready to serve
