Method
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/4 spoon fennel seeds, curry leaves, one big onion thinly sliced, garlic 4 pods, ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp each and fry well to get rid of the raw smell. Then, add coriander powder 1.5 tbsp, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp salt or as required and fry in the same oil. After a bit of frying, add 1/2 tomato chopped and 1/2 tomato pulp and cook for some more time till the oil comes out from the masala. At this stage add 4 boiled eggs (make thin slits in the egg for the masala to get in) and mix with the masala. let it fry for some time till it looks all blended up.
