Rava dosa is my favourite and I was happy to learn it from my helper who has worked in a hotel before. It came out really well.
Do try it out.
Ingredients:
1 cup Rava - Fry
1/4 cup urad dal
2 spoon: idly or ponni rice
3 vendhayam
Soak dal, idly rice and vendhayam overnight.
morning grind the soaked items coarsely and add rava and the fried items below. Add 1.5 cups water and soak for 30 minutes, now the batter is ready to make dosai.
Fry onions, coriander leaves, mustard, jeera, dry chillies
