Rava idli kurma

This recipe is my own and am happy it came out well the very first time. Would like to share with all my friends.





To Fry and grind

Grind 1:

1 small onion
3 garlic pods
1/2 inch ginger
1 green chilly
1/2 spoon coriander seeds
/4 spoon jeera
5 strands of coriander leaves
1 small cinnamon
2 cloves
1 elachi
bay leaf 1 small


Grind 2:

Coconut: 1/2
Sombu - spoon

To Cut and fry

1 onion (small)
1 medium tomato

2 tbsp curd

Method

1. Fry onion, Ground paste 1 and tomato with curry leaves.

2. Add potato (cut into small pieces)

3. In the end, add coconut with sombu (from Ground paste 2)

Add little turmeric powder and curd and close the cooker, leave 2 whistles.

Kurma is ready to be eaten with idli. It is really yummy. Do let me know your comments.
