Grind the following
Onions - 2
Garlic - 3
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Take a pan and add a tbsp of gingelly oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, curry leaves, Asafoetida then add the ground masala.
Add salt and let it boil for 10 minutes till the raw smell goes.
Your chutney is ready to serve with idlis or dosas.
