Take one cup rava and fry till it releases a good aroma. In a pan, add 3 tbsps ghee, add cashews (broken) and dried grapes. When they brown, add 2 1/2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. When it boils, add the rava and keep stirring to avoid lumps. Once the rava is cooked, add 1 1/2 cups sugar and keep sitrring. When all blends well, you can add the colouring of your choice. (I added the orange colour, a pinch of it (from a "safe to use" company) with a tbsp water. In the end, add 2 to 3 tbsps ghee or oil (your choice) and cook on low flame for 3 to 5 minutes.

I used the mould to make it heart shaped, as my daugher likes to see it that way !!!
