Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

In a pan, add one tablespoon Olive oil. When it becomes warm, add finely chopped garlic pods (5 numbers) and fry for 2 minutes in low flame taking care not to burn the garlic.

Add the vegetables carrot, baby corn, Broccoli florets to this and coat them in the oil and garlic mixture.

Close with a lid so that the veggies can cook in the steam. Take care to stir them every 2 minutes or they will burn.

When the vegetables are half cooked, remove from the heat. Now it is ready to be served.

The process is very simple, but the taste is very good. A very healthy recipe.

You can add additional vegetables of your choice like long beans, shitake mushroom etc.
